Our gearboxes are entirely designed, manufactured and assembled in our factory, according to a certified process, which allows us to test the drive system in all its parts.
We use computer tools for analysis and management such as Advance Planning and Scheduling (APS) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and we cooperate with a network of carefully selected suppliers, to ensure compliance with these business principles.

Drive systems for electric vehicles
Tekno M.P. is specialized in the design and manufacture of drive units for electric vehicles. With over 40 years of experience, we can offer, assemble and certify the complete drive system, according to the customers’ specifications.
The company was founded in 1979 as gears manufacturer and precision machining sub-supplier. Over the years, Tekno gradually expanded its know-how by specializing in the design and production of electric drive systems for industrial handling, becoming a supplier of national and international leading companies, such as HARKEN for the production and assembly of sailboat winches and Fiat-OM, nowdays STILL, part of the KION group, for the production of drive units.
Tekno has consolidated its market position and today has a production capacity of about 25,000 gearboxes a year and covers an area of about 10.000 square meters.
The main target markets are warehouse trucks, industrial cleaning machines, AGVs and potentially any other electric-driven application.
